Who we are. Selecta Trax operates this site. For any privacy request, write to vault@selectatrax.example — a person answers.

What we collect and why. Account data (email, username, hashed password) to run your membership. A timestamp and version reference of your Terms/Privacy acceptance, and — per claim — your acknowledgement of the digital-content withdrawal waiver, kept as proof of consent. Order data to deliver what you claim. Producer-submission data to review tracks. Newsletter email, only after you confirm it (double opt-in).

What we never do. We don't sell or share your data, we don't run ads, we don't profile you, and we don't load third-party trackers.

Cookies. One strictly-necessary session cookie keeps you logged in. Details in the cookie policy.

Retention. Accounts live until you delete them. Orders are kept as legally required for accounting. Newsletter addresses are removed on unsubscribe.

Your rights (GDPR). Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection. Email us and we resolve it within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Security. Passwords hashed with bcrypt, sessions stored hashed, encrypted transport, least-privilege access. Audio previews are member-gated and never publicly downloadable.
